By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the cbk33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and cbk33 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

cbk33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

To access the full range of cbk33 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your details if they change. cbk33 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register any applicant or close any account.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or not, is your responsibility.
• Verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method confirmation) may be requested at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain a financial advantage.

All content available on the cbk33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of cbk33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the cbk33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written approval from cbk33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbk33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if cbk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your continued use of cbk33 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. cbk33 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly.
